About The Children’s Ballet Theater 2008 Nutcracker Movie…

The Academy continues to take a more cinematic approach in the filming the show. Multi-camera techniques were used not only to document the event, but also to give students and parents another way of experiencing the performance.

Nothing could ever mimic the true magic of the live performance, but we hope this additional way of watching our talented dancers will bring joy in years to come.

Thanks again to all that made both the live and video production possible.  We are already looking forward to next year’s show!
