Fresh and Healthy Grab and Go (or Stay) Bites and Beverages for Dancers and their Families

With your feedback in mind we are continuing to introduce a broader variety of pre-prepared selections delivered to our facility daily to enjoy in our designated Cafe area or to take away.

Prepaid digital eGift/Debit Cards to redeem in The Cafe are now available for purchase

We will continue curate new offerings and introduce ongoing menu additions. 

Overview

  • Food items are stored in the refrigerated display case and snack racks against the back wall in our Cafe area

  • There is a self-service check out terminal on our Cafe counter where the included barcodes on desired items for purchase should be scanned followed by a brief self-checkout process

  • Students in grade 5 and below must be accompanied by a parent/chaperone at all times in Cafe area

  • Staff members, parent and/or student ambassadors will often be available to assist with transactions

    • If help is needed completing any transaction please see a staff member in the office or around the common areas of the facility

    • Please do not ask a Teacher for assistance relating to purchases in the Cafe as Teachers are focused on class instruction

  • The Cafe area is monitored via video - we trust that anyone invited into our facility will always be respectful of the honor system

  • A reminder, food (from the Cafe or elsewhere) is NOT permitted anywhere outside of the designated Cafe area - We take food allergy safety very seriously

Here is How the Process Works

  1. Browse the refrigerated display case for the items you wish to purchase

  2. Place the items on the Cafe counter

  3. Be sure the Checkout Screen is visible on the iPad Terminal (on Cafe counter) - showing "Cafe Items" 

  • If necessary touch the "Checkout" icon in the lower left corner of the iPad Terminal screen

  • If Terminal is showing the Receipt conformation from a previous sale simply press "New Sale" on iPad Terminal screen

4. Scan each desired item with handheld scanner 

  • Please be careful not to duplicate any item scans

5. When finished tap "Charge" on iPad screen

6A. Insert credit card or Tap Chip Reader on iPad Terminal to pay

  • If using a credit card that is "Tap to Pay" enabled, please be sure you use this method when “Checking Out” instead of "Inserting Credit Card"

6B. If paying with a prepaid eGift/Debit card simply scan the barcode or enter the 16-digit number sent via email with your eGift/Debit Card to pay

  • Prepaid eGift Cards may be reloaded and managed following the links in the email received when purchased

  • Physical Gift Cards will also be available soon

7. Select Receipt method if Receipt is desired

A reminder that Office Staff and older students are often available to help with transactions - please do not hesitate to ask!

Enjoy your delicious treats in our designated Cafe area or take them to go!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Utensils and napkins will be available in the Cafe area, however we are asking that you bring your own reusable bags (if you plan to need one)

  • Returns/refunds are not permitted on food purchases

Future plans include the ability to order in advance for pick up from our location as take out - One less stop that we hope will make your days and busy evenings easier!
